Overview

Senior Associate Platform - Chicago Hybrid As a Senior Associate Platform specializing in AI & Machine Learning, you will play a key role in developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business impact. As a Data Scientist, you will work on AI and ML models, leveraging data to create insights and predictive analytics that enhance decision-making and business strategies. Your Impact Develop and deploy AI & ML models to solve complex business problems.

Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training to improve accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes. Utilize statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms to extract insights from large datasets. Implement and optimize AI models for scalability and performance. Conduct A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure effectiveness.

Stay updated on the latest AI & ML trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data science. Strong proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis and modeling. Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Expertise in statistical modeling, regression, classification, and clustering techniques. Experience with big data tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or SQL for data processing. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI model deployment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Set Yourself Apart With Experience in NLP, computer vision, or deep learning applications. Knowledge of reinforcement learning and AI-driven optimization. Background in AI ethics, fairness, and interpretability. Certifications in AI, machine learning, or data science.

Additional information Salary Range

$117,000 - $155,000 The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work.
