Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Influencer Partnerships Executive who is passionate about helping our network of digital content creators to grow. This role is based in Indonesia and reports to the Influencer Partnerships Director in Indonesia. This is a 1-year contract role, subject to renewal.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage creator acquisition, creator engagement, creator marketing, and creator development Scale the network and refine our creator acquisition strategies
• Plan creator development initiatives that are scalable for creators across different platforms and different growth stages
• Develop education programs, workshops and training opportunities for creators
• Identify and secure relevant partnerships to market creators under the network
• Build brand love and loyalty amongst creators towards the HCN brand through creator engagement initiatives Qualifications 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising, strong understanding of the advertising industry Good Social Media management skills (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) Good knowledge of productivity tools (Keynote, Pages, Excel, Slack) Good knowledge of branding and design concepts Good knowledge of design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc Creative and quick-thinking, able to ideate and execute under tight timelines Enjoy interacting with people, detailed and task-oriented Quick-thinking, creative and good problem-solver
