Overview

The Digital Executive Intern will support the team in the day-to-day coordination, execution, and reporting of digital campaigns. This role is designed as a learning opportunity, with a strong focus on internal collaboration across teams, campaign support, and building foundational digital media knowledge.

Responsibilities

Support the team in the planning, setup, and monitoring of digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure campaign materials, timelines, and deliverables are aligned. Assist in preparing campaign reports, tracking performance, and sharing updates with the team. Support quality checks and day-to-day execution tasks to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time. Build understanding of digital platforms, campaign processes, and market trends through hands-on support and team guidance.

Assist with campaign tracking, budget monitoring, and documentation for internal reporting purposes. Support cross-functional collaboration by working with internal teams across planning, buying, finance, and operations. Provide administrative and operational support to the team across assigned digital activities.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of digital marketing, media platforms, or online campaign processes is an advantage. Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other basic productivity tools. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a positive and collaborative attitude. Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a dynamic digital environment.
