Job Descriptions

• Design and conduct leadership and agency manager training programs to drive recruitment, productivity, and retention
• Proactively engage stakeholders to assess learning needs and co-create impactful training content, methodologies, and learning journeys
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously enhance training effectiveness using data, feedback, and performance metrics
• Contribute to training governance, short-term and long-term training strategies development, and resource planning in alignment with the C ompany objectives
• Drive innovation in blended learning, virtual facilitation, coaching frameworks, and experiential learning approaches
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc initiatives related to leadership capability building and organizational development Job Requirements: Degree Holder with 8+ years of relevant training experience from the insurance industry Well reversed leadership training experience, including designing, planning, and delivering of workshops
• Proven hands-on experience in designing and delivering leadership training for mid-to-senior level leaders
• Ability to analyze training needs, instructional design, facilitation, and learning evaluation Sound knowledge and experience in talent development frameworks, leadership competencies, and succession programs
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
