Responsibilities

Employee Data Maintenance : Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records in the HRIS, including personal information, job details, and employment history.

Manage Daily Transactions in HR System

Process daily HR transactions such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers within the HRIS.

Data Input & Validation in HR System

Perform data entry and validation tasks in the HR system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Assist with Day-to-Day Operations of the HRIS Team

Provide support in the daily operations of the HRIS team, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of HRIS processes including responding to employee inquiries.

Monthly Report

Prepare and provide data on internship headcount, termination and new hires.

Support HRIS Team with Ongoing Projects

Collaborate with the HRIS team on various projects.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.00 Detail-oriented and happy to work with data Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel (a must) Familiarity with using Canva for design is preferable Full-time internship Have good communication and interpersonal skills Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
