Job Detail

Corporate Development is responsible for driving the Group’s growth agenda by identifying and executing on inorganic and major partnership projects. As a Senior Manager, the candidate is expected to support the development of the inorganic strategy, identify potential targets, and manage and execute the transactions.

Key activities

Target screening, due diligence and valuation

• Work closely with different functional experts, including Risk, Legal, Finance and Tax Robust quantitative analysis
• Strong project management
• Solid working relationship with external advisers ensuring maximum value add
• Support the development of high quality Exco materials to facilitate decision making

Experience & Competencies

Required: 6-8 years of working experience. Previous experience in M&A preferred Bachelors degree Strong commercial acumen Effective communication, influencing and negotiation skills Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
