Trainee - Process Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Process and check transactions under the Pension product within defined Service Level Agreements applying available resources including technical documentation, computer system application features, co-workers, and Subject Matter Experts. Review internal and external correspondence to identify the necessary course of action. Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required, making suggestions for improvement in process and procedures.

Ensure effective work management and same-day processing to avoid possible financial losses. Following compliance, information security, as well as internal and external statutory and regulatory standards. Perform assigned work accurately to meet or exceed quality expectations that lead to greater client happiness and profitability for Principal Financial Group. Develop partnerships among peers and those supported to increase ownership of work and sustain an efficient process.

Compliance with PGS policies and flexibility as per business needs.

Qualifications

Must Have Recent graduation passout Good written and verbal communication skills Analytical skills Willingness to work in shifts Multitasking and effective decision-making Additional Information Abilities Basic knowledge of MS Office tools, specifically MS Excel Good knowledge of the finance domain and industry Proficiencies Make Sound Business Decisions Embrace Change Build Positive Relationships Results Oriented Experience Principal At Principal, we value connecting on both a personal and professional level.
