岗位职责
- 根据内外部监管要求审核，进行承保、批改、理赔（含人伤简单件协谈）、咨询等服务的一站式受理
- 按照公司规定进行有价单证的申领、使用及业务资料归档；
- 作业台帐登记，其他各项公司要求开展的增值服务。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历
- 具备一定的协谈能力
- 有较强服务意识和责任心
