Job description

岗位职责 综合现场销售的工作包括对新老客户的面对面销售和远程销售，包括

  • 对终端消费者/业务购买方的直接销售或通过各种销售渠道的间接销售
  • 评估客户需求，为客户建议合适的产品、服务和/或解决方案
  • 制定并交付销售投标、提案和报告演讲，并进行产品展示
  • 识别并接触潜在客户，建立关系以产生销售和重复性业务。匹配到该专业领域的员工会基于销售目标的达成程度获得薪酬。 任职资格
  • 年龄20-50周岁，身体及心理健康，品行端正，无违法行为记录
  • 大专及以上学历
  • 具备一定的销售组织和团队管理能力
  • 具有对接B端的能力及项目策划、推进能力及处理项目复杂问题的能力
  • 具备较强的协调、公关能力，有同业、银行金融从业经验
