岗位职责
- 按照公司咨诉处理标准，在规定时间内协助处理客户咨诉事件；
- 及时反馈工作中存在的问题及协助推动公司各项管理办法执行，提出对现场管理有长期助益的建议，以便公司及时解决改善；
- 严格执行公司政策，完成公司交办的其他工作； 任职资格
- 大专以上学历，有1-3年咨诉岗工作经验，
- 熟悉业务和合规要求；
- 熟练掌握办公软件。
