岗位职责
- 处理常规财产险理赔案件的现场查勘、调查、定损、客户谈判等工作；
- 上报异常案件、超权限案件、对重大问题及时应对促进提升客户服务水平；
- 配合做好培训、风控等，助力业务、销售的展业和渠道服务；
- 其他领导交代的事宜； 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有应届生财产险理赔作业岗工作经验，20-40岁以下，
- 担任负责辖区类人伤案件的查勘、调查、跟踪、调解及结案
- 进行财产理赔案件审核、出具审核清单
- 负责辖区内人伤诉讼案件的应诉、出庭、沟通及流转等，
