岗位职责 1.1、制定逾期提醒质量监督品质规划及相关标准手册； 2、执行还款提醒质量监督政策，发现还款提醒流程中客服人员的操作质量问题并对重大问题制定解决方案； 3、根据公司及部门目标，配合实施相关质检项目； 2.1、制定服务品质规章制度； 2、监督、检查还款提醒策略的执行情况，制止违规、违章操作； 3、组织落实服务品质问题的改善及推进。 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3.熟悉PPT、excel、office
