岗位职责
- 制定农险承保、理赔、销售推动、客户经营等实施细则和操作流程。
- 负责辖内分解农险业务计划、目标。
- 理赔作业操作，上报权限外的核保、理赔业务并跟踪协调。
- 组织、推动农险销售拓展工作，督导业务目标达成。
- 推动辖内农险业务专业化销售团队建设培训。 任职资格
- 年龄25岁—40岁之间
- 全日制大专学历
- 农学相关专业
- 有一定的工作经验
