岗位职责
- 基于宏观经济、金融及保险行业最新政策和趋势，对国内外保险行业的创新模式、产品等进行研究，研究公司业务模式及产品创新的方向。
- 负责贵州本地业务及新业务拓展，与内部外渠道联合策划、发起、执行业务合作
- 推动创新模式及创新产品的制定，协调并联动分公司其他团队落地创新模式 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有1-3年工作经验，
- 熟练运用WORD、PPT、EXCEL等OFFICE办公软件
- 良好的沟通、出色的语言表达及写作能力
- 了解财产险市场，熟悉财产保险业务的相关法规、产品条款、费率
- 具备产品/销售/核保/推动等相关工作经验
