岗位职责
- 贯彻落实总部各项委外管理制度
- 熟悉公司业务流程，监控合作方作业进度，发现问题，推动委外回收，落实合规检查、培训宣导，追踪整改
- 对接沟通合作公司，处理客户咨诉，协调解决问题
- 月度考核委外回收指标，公示排名与指标
领导交办的其它工作 任职资格 任职要求
- 1、本科及以上学历； 2、责任心强，目标感强。
