岗位职责
- 事故现场损失勘验、单证收集、理赔指引；
- 现场简单的车辆施救；
- 现场进行走访调查；
- 现场简易人伤案件处理；
提供优质的客户理赔服务； 任职资格 学历
- 本科及以上，持有学历证学位证； 专业：车辆工程、汽车服务工程、机械工程、机械设计制造及其自动化等相关专业 其他要求：
- 具备C1及以上机动车驾驶技能
- 具备一定的车辆相关知识，有较强的沟通表达能力
- 具有车物理赔从业经验者优先
