岗位职责 Core Responsibilities

Support end-to-end project delivery

• design → build → UAT → go-live
• Translate business requirements into technical understanding and solution alignment
• Coordinate with development teams on design, development, and integration tasks
• Track project progress, timelines, and technical deliverables
• Support SIT/UAT, defect tracking, and issue resolution
• Assist in risk, issue, and change management 任职资格 Ideal Candidate Profile 1、 3–5 years of experience in software development, system implementation, or IT projects 2、Basic understanding of non-life insurance (motor, property, claims, underwriting) 3、 Background in development (e.g., Java, APIs, system integration, or similar) 4、 Ability to understand both technical design and business requirements 5、 Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills 6、 English proficiency for cross-border / regional projects
