Job description

岗位职责

  • 处理内外部投诉，对接投诉调解；
  • 撰写个案投诉报告；
  • 投诉治理，包括责任追究、制度撰写、投诉报告、溯源整改、数据分析等。 任职资格
  • 本科以上学历；
  • 有咨诉、投诉处理工作经验优先；
  • 有责任心，沟通交流能力
