- 按照公司礼仪要求，热情接待上门客户
- 根据内外部监管要求审核，进行承保、批改、理赔（含人伤简单件协谈）、咨询等服务的一站式受理
- 按照公司规定进行有价单证的申领、使用及业务资料归档；印章使用及保管；作业台帐登记
- 其他各项公司要求开展的增值服务 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有1-5年综合服务岗工作经验，
