岗位职责
- 年龄22-45周岁；
- 原则上本科以上学历，有农险理赔工作经验可适当放宽至大专；
- 持有C1以上驾照且能熟练驾驶手动挡汽车；
- 具备较好的书面和语言表达能力；
- 诚信自律、有责任担当； 任职资格
- 农学相关专业优先，有基层管理经验优先、属地人员优先；
- 非农学专业，同业或我司农险承保或理赔经验1年，其他险种理赔经验1年；
- 招聘人员须为专业性人员；
