一、AI
转型顾问 1、在金融-保险、金融-互联网金融、计算机软件行业 2、5-10年工作经验，过去6 个月以上高强度 AI 实践：自建过智能体 / 多 Agent 系统 / AI 工作流 3、管理咨询 / 流程诊断 / 业务分析背景 3 年以上，或保险业务一线深度经历 4、对保险业务价值链有真实理解（渠道、产品、运营至少精通一条线） 5、本人是 AI 重度用户
