岗位职责
- 对内外部形势开展经营分析，为公司业务发展提供参考；
- 检视过程中目标达成情况，提出调整、完善建议；
- 搭建各层级协作与沟通机制，及时向上反馈问题及需求。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有1-3年业务分析岗工作经验；
- 能熟练运用EXCEL，有一定的数据分析能力；
- 有良好的沟通能力及组织推动能力。
