岗位职责
- 事故及损失信息的查勘、定损立案，判断保险责任
- 协助客户处理事故。
- 指导客户填写及收集索赔资料
- 疑难案件上报调查 任职资格
工作地点
- 河池；
- 持C1驾驶证；
- 大学本科及以上学历，985/211院校理工类专业，汽车或机械自动化专业优先。
- 熟悉汽车构造及配件功能；
- 具有良好沟通协调能力及客户服务意识；
