岗位职责
- 负责公司内部员工的培训需求分析与课程设计，提升团队整体专业能力；
- 组织并执行各类培训活动，包括新员工入职培训、岗位技能提升培训等；
- 协助搭建和完善公司培训体系，推动培训工作的标准化和制度化；
- 与各部门沟通协调，了解业务发展动态，及时调整培训内容与方式。 任职资格 有保险业培训组织经验、授课经验、或前线业务推动经验
