岗位职责
- 负责车险事故的查勘，客户信息核对，车险事故 损立案，判断保险责任;
- 协助客户处理事故善后，指导客户填写及收集索 赔资料;
- 解答客户理赔咨询问题，为客户提供优质的理赔 服务;
风险案件现场走访调查
