岗位职责 1．业务推动
日常业务及方案的分析及追踪，重新投保业务推动及专业支持，客户分析及准客户挖掘； 2．业务拓展：市场开拓和渠道维护，完成阶段性业务目标；拓展新合作领域，探索新业务模式，扩大业务规模； 3．辅导训练：业务员展业辅导及新产品培训； 4．产品支持：提供各类产品咨询、展业支持； 5．上级主管安排的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有1-5年业务经理工作经验；
- 有保险或业务推动经验者优先；
- 擅长人际沟通，具备较强的沟通协调与业务推动能力；
