岗位职责
运营机制方向
- 协助构建队伍动作系统、网点运作体系，推进周、月循环体系化运作；
运营管理方向
- 协助推动监督各网点及机构落实标准化运营情况，并开展运营评价；
运营数字化方向
- 协助建设网点运营数字化平台，强化网点数据管理与分析，完善相关评价体系。 任职资格
- 金融、经济、统计、数学等相关专业优先
- 责任心强、规划能力突出、条理性强、沟通协调能力良好、主动且善于思考
- 战略规划、项目管理、数据分析类相关经验优先
