岗位职责
- 预算编列及SLA定价沟通谈判；
- 预测经营情况，编制生产计划，并进行资源调配；
- 部门KPI指标管理，检视经营情况，进行计划调整；
- 部门员工浮动绩效核算及基本法管理；
- 日常运营指标的数据分析和管理；
- 上级领导交待的其他事宜； 任职资格
- 学历本科及以上
- 较强的学习接收能力
- 具有一定的分析问题和解决问题的能力
- 具备一定的PPT撰写能力
- 工作责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神
