岗位职责
- 协助薪酬福利方案设计及实施
- 跟踪法律法规及相关政策动态，分析影响并出具建议
- 对接外部咨询机构，获取市场薪酬数据及行业趋势报告
- 协同财税法等部门，推动专项方案评估及落地 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，2年-3年甲方薪酬规划等相关工作经验
- 具备较强的数据处理能力，熟练掌握Excel、Word、PPT等常用办公软件
- 责任心强，严谨细致，有一定的逻辑思维能力、项目推动能力、跨团队沟通能力
