岗位职责
- 各类公司队伍政策、制度的宣导、落实与推动 。
- 销售队伍发展和培育评估、调研分析，发展规划和落实 。
- 协助解决销售人员遇到的疑难问题，并协调相关部门予以支持帮助
- 销售队伍人力编制、招聘、考核、薪酬等工作落实。
- 内部对接、推动。
