岗位职责
- 负责咨询案件的拦截、受理、响应、核实及处理工作
- 负责非保险类监管、媒体咨诉案件客户面对面沟通
- 负责分公司客户服务工作开展，提升客户体验 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、1年以上客户服务相关工作经验优先，有银行、互联网金融、法律背景相关工作经验优先； 3、有一定的沟通协调能力，善于解决问题，有耐心 4、普通话标准，熟练使用office软件
