岗位职责
- 搭建、维护当地政府关系，在与政府接触中挖掘政、农业务商机；
- 提高农业保险中标区域承保率、管控业务品质；
- 农网建设及农网团队管理；
- 负责承保理赔档案的完整性、真实性；
- 农险业务需求调研、计提及业务拓展。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，条件优秀者报经理室同意后可放宽至专科学历
- 有较强的沟通和协调能力，具备吃苦耐劳的品质
- 有上进心、具备良好的学习能力
