岗位职责
- 事故及损失信息的查勘、定损立案，判断保险责任
- 协助客户处理事故善后
- 指导客户填写及收集索赔资料
- 疑难案件上报调查 任职资格 交通运输、汽车服务工程、车辆工程等理工科专业全日制本科以上学历； 熟悉当地地理交通情况、熟悉条款及理赔运作流程、熟悉车辆定损知识；车辆维修知识、分析能力、沟通能力； 拥有有驾驶证。
