岗位职责
- 负责所辖网点合作关系的日常维护。
- 协调处理车商网点销售、理赔过程中的简单问题 。
- 车商服务对接，包括续保沟通、推修沟通、作业模式沟通及网点信息收集线上反馈等。
- 客户续保跟踪、困难件处理和客户信息真实性校验。
- 配合销售经理开拓新网点。 任职资格 1.本科学历。有学位证、毕业证 2.0-3年相关工作经验 3.有较强的沟通能力和抗压能力
