岗位职责
- 负责企业客户及平台类客户的开拓及维护，结合公司新产品对目标市场客户进行分析及拓展，实现保费增长
- 制定销售策略、为客户制定保险产品方案，做好客户服务，协助部门/团队处理业务发展和理赔相关事宜
- 按时达成的个人业绩目标及品质目标，拓展新客户和新业务，并对现有客户进行二次开发
- 公司或部门安排的其他工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备特定领域业务资源或对接经验者优先（包括但不限于高新企业、中小企业、政保、央企、渠道等）
- 具有较强的责任心、进取心和良好的应变抗压能力
- 思维敏捷、敢于创新，能够主动捕捉和分析市场信息，助力业务决策
- 性格开朗外向，具有较强的沟通表达能力和团队合作意识
