- 辅助咨询中心总监、营业部经理管理咨询队伍；
- 营造咨询中心积极争先的良好气氛；
- 管理咨询顾问/团队主管素质，制定咨询顾问/团队主管培训计划；
- 执行公司各项规章制度，负责中心的合规工作； 任职资格 1、全日制本科（有学位）及以上学历 2、1-3年相关从业经历，有组训经验者优先 3、具备数据分析能力、较强的培训能力，富有工作热情 4、具有较强的沟通协调及表达能力、组织策划能力
