岗位职责
- 四个线上化推动（队伍线上化、客户线上化、销售线上化、培训线上化）；
- 服务体系搭建、洽谈、新车线索引流；
- 对业务部所辖网点的续保、客户服务制定拓展策略；
- 监控异常，对问题网点直接谈判攻关；
- 对接空中队伍，统筹地面运营支持；
- 业绩发展，包含新车、旧车、非车；
- 领导交办的其他事项 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有1-3年工作经验，
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力及工作责任心；
- 能熟练操作办公软件
