岗位职责
- 负责客户服务流程优化，包含系统流程梳理、SOP编写，赋能一线提升人效
- 负责客户咨诉问题处理，推动关联方妥善解决客户问题，持续优化服务策略
- 负责GMV转化链路设计，包含选品、触点设计等，数据洞察提升转化效率 任职资格 1、3年以上的运营经验，有客服运营经和咨诉处理经验优先 2、具备数据分析能力，掌握至少1种数据处理工具，如excel、python 3、逻辑性强，有责任心，抗压能力强，跨部门沟通协调能力强
