岗位职责
- 外出服务客户收集资料；
- 线下+线上收理赔及协助客户提交理赔资料；
- 理赔相关事宜沟通；
- 所辖理赔报告分析；
- 邮件反馈协谈案件
- 日常客户沟通、投诉及保全问题跟进处理。 任职资格
学历
- 本科以上学历，有医学、保险专业及工作经验优先；
经历
- 人身保险或中介均可，有团体企业补充医疗服务专员经验或平安养老、中意见等工作经验者优先：
- 具备较强责任心、做事细致；
