- 负责与寿险沟通确定各业务部及业务室任务目标分解，并分阶段跟踪和督导各项指标指标的达成
- 负责机构各阶段行销激励方案的策划、可行性分析，宣导、追踪落实
- 负责个销业务推动方案及业务发展过程中的日常督导和问题诊断，采取切实可行的措施推动各项业务的发展；
- 根据业务需要，策划并制作各项行销辅导品，推动业务的达成 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有1-3年个销综拓推动岗工作经验，
