负责中心内增员任务，达成中心满编率
制定创说会开展计划，执行和落实增员招聘流程，负责增员初筛进行首次面试
负责咨询顾问的制式培训、销售话术及销售技巧训练、辅导工作，提升咨询顾问综合素质
负责机构咨询顾问各项产品知识学习、展业途径实操训练、销售话术及销售技巧训练
负责机构潜才培育和人才发展任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，金融学等专业优先 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3.责任心强，沟通能力强，执行力强
