Lead technology selection and optimization, driving the implementation of microservices, cloud computing, and big data technologies. Establish development standards and technical guidelines, guiding the team in core module development and performance tuning. Proficient in Java/Python and mainstream technologies like SpringCloud, Kubernetes, and Redis. Experience in designing large-scale distributed systems with high concurrency and availability.
