岗位职责 1.1、对车险人伤案件进行未决追踪管理、受理咨询、指导调解协谈、问题案件调查等； 2、进行医疗理赔案件审核，出具审核清单； 3、完成本部门安排的其他任务； 2.开展各项日常医疗理赔查勘、定损工作及外联工作，为客户提供优质高效的理赔服务。 任职资格 1.本科学历，医学、法学等相关专业 2.0-5年相关工作经验
