岗位职责
- Conduct requirements-gathering activities with clients
- Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
- Determine required IT business solutions and assist in implementing them
- Drive requirements and design discussions between client and product team
- Challenge business requirements to arrive at a solution that is required
- Procedure compliance while delivering high quality solutions to the business 任职资格
- Technically competent with an appreciation for IT capability, as demonstrated by relevant experience and/or a bachelor's/ master’s Degree in IT or equivalent.
- Experience in working in IT projects for Insurance companies or automotive companies. The ability to interpret a set of technical, functional, and non-functional requirements and deliver a robust solution.
- Experience in driving design discussions to ensure sustainable end-to-end solutions.
