岗位职责
- 负责企业客户及平台类客户的开拓与维护，实现保费增长
- 结合不断创新的产品与战略，对目标客群展开市场调研与分析
- 协助部门/团队制定相关业务发展规划、策略及管理规范
- 公司或部门安排的其他工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备特定领域业务资源或对接经验者优先（包括但不限于高新企业、园区、政保、央企、渠道等）
- 具有较强的责任心、进取心和良好的应变抗压能力
- 思维敏捷、敢于创新，能够主动捕捉和分析市场信息、助力业务决策
- 性格开朗外向，具有较强的沟通表达能力和团队合作意识
