岗位职责
- 全面搭建团队并做好团队建设培养，打造一流善战的电话销售团队
- 根据不同的客户群体，制定核实的销售方案，确保销售指标的达成
- 完成新产品、新流程、新客群的需求定位、电销技巧探索及总结 任职资格
- 大专以上学历，专业不限；有寿险电话销售经验优先
- 有销售团队管理经验优先
- 有较强的沟通能力和抗压能力，结果导向性强
