岗位职责
- 负责品质监察质检、投诉处理和风险排查
- 负责对公还款和减免操作
- 负责账单核对处理和对接外部合作机构
- 负责领导交办的其他事项 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历，有质检、投诉经验者优先
- 有一定的数据分析能力
- 数量掌握Excel、ppt等办公软件
- 工作认真、负责，有团队意识和良好的沟通协调能力
