岗位职责
- 处理本机构非车险重案案件
- 上报异常事件、超权限案件、及时应对重大问题，促进提升客户服务水平
- 按照部门考核要求达成各项考核指标 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历
- 法学、保险学、医学专业优先
- 有财产险核保/核赔2年及以上经验优先
- 具有较好的问题分析、追踪能力、工作统筹、沟通能力和吃苦耐劳的精神，能熟练运用EXCEL等数据分析工具
