岗位职责
- 负责银行渠道的业务指导、培训工作；
- 负责银行渠道沙龙等活动的授课指导；
- 对业务团队进行日常辅导，训练银保产品的销售技能。
- 参与银保部门的管理运作。 任职资格 1、全日制本科及以上学历（有学位）； 2、有培训授课能力，良好的表达沟通能力，有银行保险同业经验优先。
