岗位职责
- 负责服务机构落地，包括网点洽谈、材料收集、录入系统
- 负责推动本地服务全流程线上化及服务商的管理和规范
- 服务网点产能追踪
- 用户声音的收集和处理；
- 客户经营指标追踪，负责与渠道、机构沟通
- APP操作、咨诉等问题
- 公司交办的其他工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力、执行能力
- 具备一定的发现问题、解决问题能力
- 有团队意识，有责任意识
- 认同平安产险企业文化，具有高度的合规意识
